Arrive curious to explore the art and the science of aging and of the mind-body practices that regulate our attention, restore our energy, activate healing resources, and amplify our capacity for compassion, connection, and creativity. “Aging is a daily process of awareness” says Chuangling Al Huang, and Jon Kabat- Zinn tells us to put out the welcome mat for whatever arises and “embrace the full catastrophe” of being alive in the present moment. Sages, scientists, musicians, poets, and philosophers all have wisdom to share, and we will slow down and savor some of their shared practices.
