This retreat is an invitation to pay attention to the sacred impulses rising up in our hearts as we touch into other modes of understanding. It is a unique opportunity to step away from the hustle and bustle of daily life and immerse ourselves in a serene environment that fosters reflection and growth.

Throughout this retreat, we will nurture the heart, energize the mind, and empower the spirit. We will delve deep into our inner selves, listening to what lies deep within and expressing it through various creative outlets such as poetry, movement, painting and music.

Our time together will be filled with moments of quiet contemplation and meaningful connections with others who share a similar quest, allowing ourselves to be guided by the wisdom that emerges from within.

Timing: Starts at 11am on Saturday and ends on Sunday on 4.00pm
