Springbank offers four, eight or twelve week sabbatical programs designed to provide a healing and supportive environment for those in transition, those in need of spiritual and physical renewal, and those seeking new ways of being in relationship and ritual with Earth, self and all beings.

Springbank’s 80-acre property offers wonderful spaces for Church groups, Corporate and non-profit organizations, faculty retreats and others. Free wifi is available for personal use as well as live-streaming . You will find comfortable meeting rooms, a spacious art studio with panoramic views of the woods. All facilities are air-conditioned and heated. The food is prepared with care,  attention being given to good health and well-being. Those with special dietary needs can be accommodated.  A select number of rooms are ensuite, the others have shared facilities.

Looking for quiet – a time away to listen and reconnect with yourself and God. Springbank’s 80 acre property offers beautiful trails, a labyrinth, a cosmic walk, St. Kateri gazebo chapel and spiritual companioning to enhance your retreat time. Rooms are ensuite. You can choose to eat with the group or alone, cook for yourself or bring your own food.
